Janet Jackson’s wardrobe malfunction incident, which happened during the 2004 Super Bowl, may be re-examined by a lower court upon the Supreme Courts request. Check out pictures, and video here.
The Supreme Courts is requesting for a lower court to re-consider its decision to toss out the $550,000 fine against CBS over the Janet Jackson Superbowl wardrobe malfunction incident, according to the Associated Press.
CBS had the lower court originaly rule in its favor, saying the Federal Communications Commission had strayed from its long-held approach of applying identical standards to words and images when reviewing complaints of indecency. The network was fined by the FCC over Jackson showing off her cleavage during the 2004 Super Bowl.

The rumors that some dude got Britney Spears pregnant were already refuted by her camp, but in case you weren’t sure, well, this clears it up beyond a doubt.
And not in a pleasant way.
Perhaps when the singer proclaimed that her p*ssy was hanging out at one of her recent shows, we should have been grateful it wasn’t … something else.

It looked like things were going to be okay after the indoor practice facility collapsed on Saturday. Today, we learned things were not. Cowboys scout Rich Behm is paralyzed from the waist down after his spinal cord was severed in the accident. In a statement from the team:
Scouting assistant Rich Behm (33) sustained a fracture to the Thoracic spine (10th Thoracic vertebrae). The fracture caused a severing of the spinal cord at that level causing permanent paralysis from the waist down. He underwent surgery to stabilize the fracture last night and remains in stable condition at Parkland Hospital.
Special teams coach Joe DeCamillis (43) sustained a fracture of one of his cervical vertebrae (C-7/T-1). He remains in stable condition without paralysis at Parkland Hospital. Surgery to stabilize the fracture is scheduled for Monday morning.

The press released a new report saying the reason Chris Brown punched Rihanna is because she gave him HERPES! I saw these pictures on mediatakeout of the sore on her lip a while back but I didn’t want to think it was herpes!!! Omg!!! Look at how she’s trying to hide it too! omg nooooo not Rihanna! I love her!!! ANOTHER SIDE OF THE STORY is saying that Rihanna got the black eye from a car accident. I was hoping that’s what it was but that doesn’t explain why Chris Brown was in jail for assault. We’ll see how this turns out….TO BE CONTINUED lol
UPDATE!!!! Mediatakeout.com says the herpes thing is false and that Rihanna is trying to drop the charges and that they jus got into a fight because they had a violent relationship. That shit is still wild! I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO BELIEVE! All this of it sounds crazy! No break up should turn into a physical fight wtf!

Chris Brown has been arrested for assaulting Rihanna. According to TMZ Brown has officially been booked into the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department. Brown has been charged with one count felony criminal threats. His bail has been set at $50,000.
